Could gas prices plummet to $2 a gallon if Congress would just get off its ass and do something?

Only if it is the right thing - like fast tracking an increase in CAFE standards, commencing work on TGV rail systems and supporting rail type transit systems, or making an opportunity to grow sugar cane in Mexico with alcohol as a byproduct.
