A couple of things:

First - Montana and Wyoming are still states?

b) Do people actually live in these place?

lastly - If no one has ever met anyone who has lived in Montana or Wyoming are they still states?

just curious

Actually, I know one person from Wyoming. He came to Kentucky to escape.

I can't imagine the horrors of Wisconsin if Kentucky seems like a paradise by comparison.
