That’s Why the Stalls Have Doors!

bathroom2314.jpgNot Gay Senator Larry Craig’s continuing efforts to withdraw his guilty plea have taken a turn toward the unexpected:

Craig, of Idaho, is asking the Minnesota Court of Appeals to let him withdraw his guilty plea to disorderly conduct stemming from a bathroom sex sting at the Minneapolis airport.
The ACLU filed a brief Tuesday supporting Craig. It cited a Minnesota Supreme Court ruling 38 years ago that found that people who have sex in closed stalls in public restrooms “have a reasonable expectation of privacy.”

Exactly! This is what I’ve been trying to say for years: If the toilet seat’s a rockin’, don’t come-a-knockin’.

So he's admitting that he was there for sex?

Yet not admitting he's gay...

Makes sense.

Why does the term "gay" get tossed around every time two (or more) men have sex? This man is clearly ahead of his time, and won't let himself be defined in such a narrow way.

I hear he is going to get that guy from Passions to testify how having sex with men isn't gay, but only if you have lots of sex with a chick in celebration that she wasn't your sister.

LG says, I am and I'm from I-Da-HO! Now and again I qualify fer such as well. Always with conviction eh?

Sorta amazing how large the tolerance, oh hell, encouragement and desire, for F/F/M experiences are as opposed to those of M/M or M/M/F aint it?

Not sayin, just observin.
