It’s not all shanking and dropped soap when you break the law

Sure, breaking the law has a bad rap — you get caught, there are some messy court room proceedings, and you eventually end up in the clink. But if you happen to wind up the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines, at least you can get your choreographed “Thriller” on:

Finally, a prison system that gives back to the community.

And the 'female' in the Thriller video made me tear up, I was laughing so hard.

Choreographed dancing is a MUCH better use of the prisoner work force than stamping out license plates!

I'm a little saddened by the fact that the "female" is balding and has facial hair, but probably looks better in a halter-top than I do...
