What is the Official Gazette?

The Trademark Official Gazette is a publication put out once a week by the Patent and Trademark Office. It provides information on all new trademark applications which the Patent and Trademark Office have approved for publication, thereby allowing an opportunity for parties to oppose registration of those trademarks. The Official Gazette also includes indexes of trademark registrations which were issued, renewed, canceled, etc.
