A district court judge has issued a teeny-tiny little 1,653 page ruling against tobacco companies in a civil racketeering lawsuit brought by the Feds, finding that the public was defrauded and ordering Big Tobacco to admit they have lied about cigarettes’ harmful effects and to start providing warnings and advertisements about addiction.
