There used to be a series by RL Stein that was in the exact format. Those were the ones I remember.

I *heart* those books.
Maybe all law case books should be changed to that format... would make law school a bit more fun.

How odd that my favorite Choose Your Own Adventure book was "The Race Forever," about a rally race in Africa a la the Paris-Dakar Rally.
I distinctly remember the text asking me to choose between a Toyota Land Cruiser and a Land Rover for my vehicle. Perhaps Jeep was sour about being left out.
