What would an illegal ad contain?

An illegal classified ad or recruiting services, be careful to avoid discriminatory language, which can be as seemingly harmless as posting an ad with the following “buzzword”: married couples, salesman, paperboy, mailman, delivery man, handyman, able bodied, healthy, waiter, counter girl, single, recent college grad, college student, physically fit, strong, or asking specifically for a man or a woman. A legal classified ad merely states the nature of the job, education/experience wanted, skills required, licensure necessary, salary and benefits, the person to contact, and the required references.
