How do I report fringe benefits?

Most employer provided fringe benefits, such as health insurance, contributions to health savings accounts, adoption benefits, etc., are tax free, especially through cafeteria plans. However, certain highly paid employees may still be taxed on certain benefits from such plans if nondiscrimination rules are not met. For more information on certain fringe benefits, check the individual entries in the QuizLaw navigation to the left.
