Who will get the house?

In most cases where children are involved, the spouse who has primary custody will also remain in the house with the children, unless this arrangement cannot be afforded. If there are no children, an equitable arrangement must be made between spouses, which usually entaisl selling the house and splitting the proceeds or having one spouse buy the other one out.
