As to which test you should take? That depends - blood tests are generally more accurate, and if you are not intoxicated, blood tests are the best method to exonerate you. However, if you are intoxicated, urine tests tend to be the method most susceptible to a court challenge because they are deemed the less reliable of the three methods.
