Can I choose what type of blood alcohol test I have to submit to?

In most instances, a driver does have the option of which blood-alcohol test she must submit to (blood, urine, or breath) and in some states, law enforcement officers must even advise the driver of these options? As to which test you should take? That depends - blood tests are generally more accurate, and if you are not intoxicated, blood tests are the best method to exonerate you. However, if you are intoxicated, urine tests tend to be the method most susceptible to a court challenge because they are deemed the less reliable of the three methods.
