Can a police officer coerce a confession out of me, even if Miranda is read?

No way. If you give a confession involuntarily - whether or not Miranda is given - it will be deemed inadmissible. That means that if the police use coercion tactics, such as torture, intimidation, physical abuse or threats of abuse, threats to family members, or even harsh psychological tactics, then the confession will not be admitted into evidence at a later trial.
